Trainee Recruitment Consultant –
StaffCo are looking to recruit a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to work in our Worcester branch.
The role will involve recruiting professional drivers to meet our client’s requirements.
The role involves advertising roles using a variety of methods, pre screening candidates and checking their suitability for the role.
You will then schedule telephone or face to face interviews, registering suitable candidates and checking their eligibility to work in the UK along with licence requirements for the role you are recruiting.
To be successful in this role you must genuinely enjoy talking to people, both face to face and via the telephone and have the drive to succeed.
You will work alongside an experienced recruitment manager who will guide you and provide all you need to be successful in the role.
This position will give you a solid foundation in the recruitment industry with the opportunity to progress to Recruitment Consultant within a 6 – 12 month timeframe.
The role is based in the centre of Worcester within walking distance of Foregate Street railway station.
Initially the wage for this role will be based upon the national minimum wage, depending upon the successful candidate’s age, and will be reviewed after successful completion of your probation period.
